CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bergen Dermatology, we value your time and commitment to your beauty journey. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service they were originally scheduled for. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to providing you with exceptional service at Bergen Dermatology.
LATE POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. In order to maintain efficiency and accommodate all appointments, we have implemented the following late policy: We understand that unexpected delays can occur. Therefore, we offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive within this time frame, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and you will forfeit your service for that session. This policy ensures that we can maintain our schedule and provide quality service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our late policy.
